- Returns are valid up to 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Return Process
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, log in to your PayAaramSe account, go to the Order History, and select the product you wish to return. Click on the Return/Exchange option and follow the instructions provided.
- Return Pickup:
- Once the return is approved, the retailer and customer need to communicate for pickup.
- Return Verification:
- After the product is received, our quality team will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return policy.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected.
Refund Process
- Refund Options:
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method:
- Bank transfer or credit card: 7-10 business days
- Deductions:
- If the return is due to reasons other than a defect or damage, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed for any product.
