PayAaramSe provides its products and services to you by partnering with lending partners (“Partner Lenders”) who are registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) to provide financial products and services. PayAaramSe belongs to SDAL Mart Pvt. Ltd. registered at the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
This policy is applicable to all the existing customers, prospect customers and persons who visit the office/property /digital property belonging to SDAL Mart Pvt. Ltd., which offers financial services like Consumer Durable Loans, BNPL, etc. If the reader is under the age of 18, s/he is expected to view the digital property under the guidance of a parent/legal guardian.

• Collection of the data in connection with availing loans and other financial, including the third-party products such as insurance facilitated by the SDAL Mart Pvt. Ltd.
• Collection of data in connection with Aadhar based authentication (Aadhar eKYC) or verification (Aadhar OKYC) facility provided by the UIDAI to check/verify/download/upload/update KYC details from Central KYC Registry, collection of data from Digilocker provided by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
• Communications related to the marketing and business promotions.
• Storage of data according to company’s policy in addition to regulatory and legal requirements.
• Consent for e-Mandate registration with e-sign.
• Personal Data/Demographic Information of the user provided to SDAL Mart Pvt. Ltd. Online or offline (ie Name, Age, DOB, Gender, Address, Mobile number, email id, PAN Number, Photograph/Image, KYC Documents provided by customer or collected from CKYC registry/ Aadhar Authority/Digi Locker, Bank Account details, Credit Score, GST details, etc).
• From User, during product journey, either offline or online.
• From User’s browser, mobile application, or mobile device, including cookies, etc.
• From its third-party service provider from User’s browser, mobile app, or mobile device.
